We understand that every transaction is unique, and that significant value may exist in the absence of revenues or positive cash flow. For Operators, liquidity is king. For Sellers, valuation is everything.

Below are some transaction criteria we use to evaluate a potential client relationship:

Business Loans & Real Estate Financings

  • Transaction Size: $500K - $15 million
  • Type: Collateralized with either Business or Personal Assets
  • Term 1-5 Years depending on nature of collateral
  • Costs: Documentation, Lender Points. Interest
  • Sources: HNW Individuals, Family Offices, Small Institutions

M&A Transactions

  • Revenues: $0-$100 million
  • EBITDA: negative to $25 million
  • Commercially viable, or
  • Demonstratable IP, or
  • Existing Asset Base.
  • Corporate or Asset Valuations: $10-$100 million
