Gerry started his career over 35 years ago in real estate brokerage and finance and at the time was recognized as the youngest commercial real estate broker in the State of Georgia. As many of his clients were businesses or real estate development companies’ liquidity was always of paramount concern. As such he founded CMI which not only did real estate finance as an adjunct to his brokerage activities but provided secured and unsecured business loans.

Mr. Martin has worked with hundreds of businesses and developers to assist in increasing revenues, provide additional working capital and expanding shareholder value with over $1 billion equity and debt transaction closed.
